So bloody rough. My bandsaw is shit and it wasn't until I started cutting the underside sections that I realised I could cut much straighter lines if I just did it freehand instead of trying to use a metal ruler to guide myself. Not that it makes much difference anyway. I've glued the parts together for now and I'll drill some guide holes tomorrow for the screws. Then I'll give it a nice black sprayjob and superglue carpet to the front. Job's a good'un.
