Droning guitar and synth love. Features a couple long improvs, bowed guitar, squaresnakes freakouts, toy drums, all that stuff you like. Right?

NOt one note. This was all done almost a year ago. I just got that MXL for my barfday in November.

HOrror show- is all synthetic or sampled

Direct input- Self explanatory, no?

Lady Fingers- probably had a regular old shure 57 or 58 on the amp, and my trusty "giant CAD" condensor on the PA speaker

Transmission- is all made of samples I took from real world instruments, but probably in like 2001 and 2. Probably like a $30 best buy mic.

Christmas- was recorded on my iPhone

Haunted Masnion- Synthetic/drum loops

OPeration 1- Squaresnakes synths direct in

Colossus - 58 with the ball unscrewwed on Bassman 10, Senenheiser e609 or "Bigg bass drum Cad" on Twin Reverb into 15" Mystery cab, "Giant CAD" on the room

Snakes- Squaresnakes direct in. Toy drums and Jingle Bells recorded via built in macbook mic

As soon as we get the HEart Pills record mixed, you can hear that shit for reals. Pretty much every vocal, and a shit ton of the guitars are thanks to the MXL.

Horror show and haunted mansion are all in Reason,
The rest was tracked/arranged and manipulated in Ableton Live.

NOw I do most everything in Record, but I've been meaning to work live into the band situation, since I have to bring el macbook anyway...

Immersed myself in this at work today -- nice work. Is it all soft synths or did the Moog LP make an appearance? Sure sounds like it in some places.

Also: fantastic work, cobascis. The extreme squashing really suits the material well.
