For the binding, just use a router bit made for the job. I got one off ebay, was about £20inc p&p from the usa. I haven't used mine yet though.

Ahhh I wondered how it was done!...I tell u what, u have a go first and I'll see how hard it is ha ha!...then I might get one...make sure u stick it in a post for us all!...splendid stuff!...

Well i've been a busy bee making my own radius blocks and having a go at making my own custom trussrods....

Ok...been a while but i decided to give the Neck Radius Jig a go...

Holy Crap it works!!..just took my time and made several passes at varying heights...great result!

Then onto the neck radius...decided to use a two piece maple neck that i had decided to scrap...but!!!

That was more tricky..but it turned out better than i expected..i'll definitely have to finish it off with the radius block..
but again! great result from a homemade mdf trough...I'll have to attempt a skunk stripe for it next...

Then i'll have a go with the radius jig for the walnut fingerboard...fingers crossed...
