I got some PRails coming in the mail and I figure I may as well change the control plate too, cause for on the fly adjustments, the stock Jag switching is too slow

Stereordinary on Offset makes them every so often, any switch configuration you need. The only other maker I've known is Christophe Huort in France.

I have one of Christophe Huort's plates,
shown here , which I no longer use. (I returned my Jaguar to stock before I sold it.) PM me if you're interested.

Mustang switches will not fit in the jags control route, let alone the body routing.
Sounds to me like it will be complicated and messy.

No?
There's one guy who put them in the upper plate on his guitar for some kind of switching. A couple I think.

Paul Rhoney makes the hex plates with two mustang switches mounted horizontally, if that's any good to you.
The Jag with the mustang switches in the top plate might have been one of mine...
This one?
The switches were coil-cuts either way for each of the WRHBs.

Nope. Somebody just stuck mustang switches where the two rollers were. It was like a brown jazzmaster with widerangers and a roto like yours though. I think it was on, ugh, offset guitars. And the other one was that guy who beat his jag up cause he likes the way it looks.
That works though. How do I contact the guy for the upper plate?

Ah yeah, this one:
I made that guard for him. I've just made a gold anodized guard for Finboy with the same switch holes.
The guy for the stainless steel plates is
Paul Rhoney

So as is mustang switches won't fit in the upper bout?
In that case I will have to talk to Mr Rhoney and get a plate like yours

Not on a Jag, the cavity is too short. I had to rout the cavity slightly wider on the Jag with the diagonals, too. There's no problem getting them in on a JM, but they don't go exactly where the rollers are. The only way of getting two mustang switches on a Jag without extra routing is horizontally on the hex plate.
You can see the extra routing on the Jag here:

your best bet is to befriend a machinist.
