I was looking at replacements the other day actually but they are so pricey compared the price of the bass I couldn't get myself to order one.
I think it was a seymour duncan SCPB-1 i was looking at, £50.
You should check out a Red Lace Sensor. I've read they make great bass pickups, plus they are Strat-sized and have no pole pieces to worry about. I have a Red and a Blue in my Tele and love them.

You want a free Lace Hot Gold Bridge?
I'll send you one.
I'm not a HUGE fan of it on a bass, the Red works a lot better, but a Hot Gold Bridge is still better than most things, plus it's just a damn good pickup.
I also have a hot GFS Neovin that should work well, and might have better tonality, actually. It has pole pieces so it will look weird, though. But pole pieces don't really need to match, there are plenty of people who use four-string pickups in five-string basses and the pole pieces are fine.

New here and first post. I just picked up this Fender Cyclone and within a few days picked up the Squier Super-Sonic. Been playing 25.5ers my whole life. These shorter scales feel so cool. Gonna be getting a new pickup for the neck position on the Cyclone. It will be an EMG single to go with the EMG81 in the bridge. It will only have a single volume and a bridge-off-neck toggle. The SS has a SD JB in the bridge and Jazz in the neck. I'm loving both of these guitars.
