true that. i've been summoned to the orange call. though i've been gassing at fender deluxes.

some great gear there hiwatt bob. welcome to the boards. is that a binson echorec in there somewhere?
indeed. i rewired the whole thing myself. i've got a demo on youtube--it's rather wordy though, tried to explain how it works more than give sound samples.

You are clearly just trying to get the fifty posts required to access our Classifieds so you can get your hands on Fran's Sodastream.

Yep.

Also I've been watching a fuckton of YouTube jaguar vids--and just about all of them (except for PhilX) mention SS.

I have a Hiwatt Lead 100 that I got for £60 off a clueless fuckwit. I've basically never been able to play it because it's so inhumanly loud so it's on extended loan to the bassist in my brothers band who just so happened to have a Sound City 4x12 cab to stick it through, though he doesn't use it either now he's on bass and it's become covered in the back of his house by other busted-ass music equipment (such as a broken Vox Jaguar organ I've been trying to get him to sell to me so I can send it to be fixed and be Ray Manzarek). The last time I even saw it was in 2007. And before anyone asks, I'm not selling it. That's my retirement fund, or at least a fucking decent bag of smack when I finally succumb to heroin addiction. Unless the guys house burns down.

Fuck I hope that doesn't happen.

The IC100 is the one I take as a backup for my Marshall JTM60 when gigging.

Oh, Westy is our resident that buys/flips old Gibsons, Fenders and vintage oddities on a weekly basis.

Indeed, i do have a vintage Sodastream if your interested? 1983 model with two gas cylinders and half a bottle of Iron Bru flavoring.

I heard Floyd used an H/H to get the trem sound for Waters' bass in "one of these days".
