:?: can you wire it in permanently coil tapped? it would only be........ 11.5k that way.

i'm really okay with the disparity.. i actually think i may have measured it wrong.. who knows.

either way.. instead of rewiring this today
i got around to wiring back up my cp jag...

now with a 66 duo sonic II neck.. and a single coil in the neck.. and a black guard that required a little bit of sandpaper to fit (but mad props to cooterfinger)

Man, you wouldn't happen to have a stack of those 66 Duo Sonic necks lying around would you? :lol:
I've got a 66 Duo body I'm refinishing and I'm on the hunt for a matching neck.

it's wired like a jazz bass, two volumes in series
no tone

independent volume for each is nice, fuck the toggle

just need to play with the setup a bit more..
