Once your pedals are affixed to your boards, what do you use to carry the board around? Holdall, flight case? Just wondering.

I only use my gorm board for home use at the moment and looking in to something more portable at the moment as well

I was wondering this the other day as it might make sense for myself to make one.

Are they light?

edit: Just been doing some researching apparently people put them in keyboard gigbags, like the ones sold at thomann.

Mine is too large to carry around, but if I had a smaller one, I'd probably use a suitcase.

I had a plan to put my pedals on a Gorm board and put in my Stagg board, but then I realised that it would be too long and wide and probably too high too. I'll probably just stick with what I have. I was just interested to hear what other people did with theirs, thanks for all the posts.

YES!

My wife and I just built this last week... mostly her.

Not a Gorm board exactly... but check the handle.

Sadly, my micro synth is still malfunctioning so there's some wasted real estate at the moment.

That pedalboard looks absolutely fantastic, really well done to your wife. I've got a Gorm (which isn't anywhere near as good as that) which I move about in an old suitcase we had in the loft. It doesn't give an amazing amount of protection, but it's good enough to take it places in the car and not have the pedals crushed to pieces.

Despite that, I am still looking at something better to package it in. I wonder if Ikea do a suitcasey thing that could fit a Gorm + pedals
Yes.

I'm surprised Kate had all that free time with me being over every night ;) ... At least I know who to hire when I want a pro pedalboard

i took mine to practice tonight and just put it in an IKEA bag and on the back seat of the car but I would look at something like a small secondhand suitcase if I don't buy something else soon.
