Boss DR55

I saw one of these in a 2nd hand shop yesterday and fancied picking it up but didn't. I'd like a really simple drum machine and this looks like it might fit the bill. Anyone have one, used one or heard one? Also anyone know what kind of price I should pay?

Not sure of a guide price, check completed auctions on ebay maybe? But I'm guessing this is the old Dr Rhythm things from years gone by. Usual solid build from BOSS/Roland, what you could do is look out for the old Roland 505 drum machine as they still go cheap and are fine for home use, demos etc.

i've been looking for a cheap drum machine and I think these go for around Â£50 2nd hand on thebay
