Devi Ever Silver Rose
I stumbled across this while searching the interweb for something else, it really does sound awesome. I wish I had $350 to burn at the moment, but I don't.

I remember seeing some teasers about this from Devi and I think it's an absolutely killer product. The video showcases some amazing sounds, but I sort of agree with benecol (and Paul, I think?). If I can be a bit of a Negative Nancy, I'm admittedly not the target market for this product, as I can't imagine spending $350 on a unit consisting of two seminal fuzz circuits with a blend knob, an additional tone circuit, and a bit of Corgan mythos attached.
If I was someone not particularly handy with small electronics builds, this would be a steal—even at that price. I think the appeal of a product like this is about more than the product itself—it's about Devi. She and other independent builders (like several fellow shortscalers) have built such a fantastic brand and following that some less-gear-nerdy folks wouldn't care that it's a couple of dead-simple fuzz circuits, because it's simply another amazing-sounding Devi Ever product; therein lies the brilliance.

Exactly. You can't say it doesn't sound great, it clearly does. It looks fucking tits as well, so stylish.avj wrote:I remember seeing some teasers about this from Devi and I think it's an absolutely killer product. But if I had one, I'd always know that I'd want it done differently and want both pedals. Actually, even if I had that, I'd probably still want this a wee bit too, because of how cool it looks and because it's Devi. That's shallow enough that I'd never think of getting one, but I'd be lying if I said that there isn't a small part of me that sees this and thinks "Fuck, do want."
