it think the black on natural looks awesome
thinking two low output tapped Buckers with a normal strat control layout
also considering getting the body done with professional pyrography like the one below

Anyone know anything about the markings on the neckheel of mine
trying to find out the origins of the neck
HERES THE ORIGINAL POST:
[quote]For Sale: Replica Charvel/strat guitar. NOW SOLD to Steve.
Natural body (sanded to reveal the solid Alder body), tinted maple neck and fingerboard (skunk stripe on back), Charvel decal applied to headstock. Single humbucker pickup (from a 2001 ESP Horizon), volume control only and a killswitch mounted on the pickguard). All black hardware including locking machineheads.
The guitar was made up of parts bought over the years and it has a superb action on it (it really has). The body looks great in that cool "relic" kind of way (a bit rough and ready in some areas but smooth and very playable). The neck is totally unworn and plays/feels like new. The cavity at the back is uncovered and parts of the original paintwork are exposed, again a cool vibe (in my opinion).
Selling because I have bought an original Charvel So-Cal and need the room.
Great tone and playability, a bit rough around the edges: ONLY £70 ono.
Based in Newcastle.
