Advice needed on my pedal layout please

Post by ploppy »

Bank holiday weekend is approaching so i'm going to start a pedal board build, so could any of you shortscale experts advise on the best layout for my pedals - the list is ME50,SD-1,DS-1,Flashback Fuzz, Nano Clone,EHX sonic pulsar,EHX Echo no1, Digitech Weapon,Digitech Digidelay, Big Knob Fuzzbarn,RV600. Image
I thinking that i should get a decent tuner first in flow as i'm using a clip-on one at the moment.
Any advice?

What do you use on the ME-50? Seems like you have most bases covered already with the separate pedals, except for maybe a wah or flanger.

I'd probably go OD > fuzz > distortion > ME-50 (if you do want to include it, so it can be used for dirt or modulation) > chorus > tremolo > reverb > delay. Of course it's worth experimenting to see what sounds best to you.

You use a clip on tuner when the ME-50 basically has a TU2 built into it?
