So, I bought a BASS amp; HH B50

A few years back, I got a cheapo Wesley Cougar II bass

I never really gelled with it.
And, until now, I've always played it through a '70s Syncron Twin-Twenty guitar amp and it sounded pretty weak and lifeless.

To cut a long stort short, I got a HH B50 combo. I haven't found much info on the web about this model, but I think it was made in the early '80s. It's got knobs for gain(w/compressor on a push-pull pot), volume, bass, mid & treble (w/push-pull bright switch), round the back are jack-holes for headphones and an effects loop and I think it's got a single 12" speaker.

Anyway, it was cheap, and old, both positive in my mind.
I plugged it in and had a quick (and quiet, it was like 9:30PM) play with it, and I'm pretty chuffed with it.

i do like H|H amps. looks like a nice score.

Love 'em. I have an HH VS 212 Musician. Great sound. (plus it lights up green!!)

I have one of them, needs some attention as at very low levels it's slightly fuzzy. Also have my original HH VS Musician head, HH IC100 head and HH VS Bassamp 115 combo. Green glowiness rules!
