Been looking for one of these for ages, ive seen a few come up but never had enough money.

Its a roland Bee gee AF-60, got it at a decent price and im not dissapointed.

I love it and it sounds fantastic but the tone knob could have more travel, i knew that already from the reviews.

i think these were made around 1975

Nice man! I was looking at building one of these a while back. What particularly inspired you to get one?

Cool. I bought the AP-2 phaser at the time, cloned it and sold it. Now I wish I hadn't sold it.

ive done some quick demo's please be kind as their the first ones ive ever done.
its more just me playing random stuff. It usually starts with the tone all the way down then i turn it up bit by bit.

excuse the playing, as soon as the camera turns on i have no idea what to play.

first is one with the musicmaster/mustang, which has humbuckers, and next is one with a 72 reissue japanaes strat ,stock standard.

maybe ill do some more and figure out what im playing before hand.

im loving it,its probly the best pedal ive owned.I mean the controls are fairly simple but the tone is fantastic and it sounds great with humbuckers and singles.

if you can find one cheap they are definetly worth it, even if you pay a bit more still worth it.

i took the gamble as i tried one years ago and my setup is completely different but im glad i did.

Is that just the video cam mic picking that up or did you use a seperate mic to record with (then mix together) ??

No sounds fine, I was jsut wondering thats all as I didn't see any mics anywhere in the vids.
I'm just making mental notes of how peeps do "An Demos" and setups they use. We ahve a HD vid cam now so I'll have to experiment with it.

BTW excellent sounding pedal!

Sounds fruitier on the strat to me, more grit and a punchier low end.

Cheers for posting, wondered what these sound like.

This barefooted guy gets some nice power chord gristle out of his converted landmine/double beat...

It's crappy 240 bitrate, but fuzz often sounds good I think with a bit of bit crunching, maybe that's a pedal waiting to be made?
