Cheapo Strato!!

I emailed a dude on Gumtree about a little squier strat to pop the neck on my Jazzmaster body until I find a sweet one. Turns out it was sold already but he had another beaten up one I could have for twenty quid. So i bought it and it's an old Japanese one. The body is pretty beat up but the neck is lush. So chuffed!! pics to follow.

Its a 93/94 one Dakota red. thick paint cracked to buggery, just the paint tho not the wood. what bits do you want Fran? PM me your address again and I'll post it at the weekend

Here's the pics. See that black line at the top of the neck pocket? That's paint coming away in a little sheet. The rest of it looks fine though.

Sorry Fran has already snagged the remains. I'll keep an eye out for any other sweet deals. This is the first Japanese Squier I've seen on gumtree for a bit. The guy had advertised it a few times, but just as "red guitar" for sale. So everyone just assumed it'd be a no-name piece of crap. Myself included.
