Anyone know where I can obtain "2n" capacitors from?
Poly box type.

Or does "n" really mean nF or nf ??

so using my logic, a 2000pF would be same as 2n ??

or just use 2, 1n in parallel - as in solder both in same holes to make a "2n" ?

Yes. Mind you, 2n2 is a standard value and most caps unless specially selected are only within 10% or worse.

Aye, much easier to find 2000pF listed in online stores, rather than 2n/2nF.

expensive buggers, must have much Mojos in these caps.
