Thomann is always a little more expensive for guitars I find.

You can still find it for £328 in the UK

I went to my local guitar shop and they called their Fender rep, so as soon as they're available, I think I'll be getting one.

Other than guard, I've wanted a white jazzy for years but never could afford it. I'm really excited.

Agreed. I've really been thinking about buying a CP jazzy for a while. A Jazzmaster is my dream guitar and has been for a few years, but I've always been holding out for a time when I could save up and shell out enough cash for an AVRI. That doesn't seem to be something that will happen any time soon, so these Squier J mascis's sound right up my alley. I was going to settle for a CP, but I really really wasn't happy about sunburst and black being the only options. This white one sounds awesome. I actually kinda like the gold pickguard, but a white guard, or tort guard would look awesome too. I'm really excited about these guitars.

agreed dude.
had the chance a while back of either a CP Jag or CP Jazzy, chose the Jag. Kinda glad I chose the Jag considering they're making this fucker in white, which so happens to be my favorite color for Jazzmasters. Always wanted a Jazzmaster too. Just gotta change the guard and this thing'll be hooked up.

If I were near you, you would be currently covered in my vomit. Fuck you, fuck your tort.

Cannot understand why people are talking about putting compressed-public-toilet-seat-colour pickguards in place of anodised gold.

Freaks. All of you.

gold would be my second choice and white is the only color I like tort on. It's alright on black but a yellow-ish white and tort is my all time favorite color combo.

J&R is taking pre-orders.

http://www.jr.com/squier/pe/FSQ_0301060541/

$379.

I like the gold. I also like light colored tortoiseshell (hate the dark kind), white, and white pearl for a white body.

Thank for the post,I ordered one. The other internet sites listed on the Fender Webpage aren't taking pre-orders anymore.

But I saw on another forum that Victor Litz is taking pre-orders too

One visual alteration I would say this guitar might benefit from is some lovely blocks and binding.
