I keep considering something close to it for my upcoming Broncostang, but I keep going back to green. That or dark blue. I'm probably going to go the route that serfx did and just buy some generic GM auto paint from the local auto store and will just pick a color on the spot there.portugalwillie wrote:LPB always looks awesome.Pens wrote:I wanted to suggest LPB honestly. that's exactly what I did on a tele build and I got what is not my favorite guitar color of all time. It's dupicolor and it's bahama blue . . .
this is with like . . . half a can of clear coat and no buffing. the dupicolor stuff is easy to use, dries fast, and looks awesome.

the Maui blue is really killer as well, it is kind of a surf blue/greenPens wrote:I keep considering something close to it for my upcoming Broncostang, but I keep going back to green. I need something dark though. Green seems to work best with the black 3-ply guard I'm having done, and I've already bought that and sent it to be cut, so the color is going to have to go with that. Dark blue might work.serfx wrote:the Maui blue is really killer as well, it is kind of a surf blue/greenPens wrote:I keep considering something close to it for my upcoming Broncostang, but I keep going back to green.
