These are seriously the best MIMs ever. They are so perfect. I think it's the neck. The dimensions are just right, and the 7.25" radius is the best.

are they not still making these? i played a blue one a few years ago and it was very nice. the neck especially.

They still make them but Shell Pink was replaced by Candy Apple Red back in 2004.

ugh. don't they already make every strat variation in red? it was cool they had something different for once.

These were all the original color of the 60s Classic Now they just make Black,3 tone Sunburst,Candy Apple Red and Lake Placid Blue

are you sure? i thought they had daphne or sonic blue as well.

Thats what it says on Fender's webpage (Link) .

Musicians Friend sells a Sonic Blue 60s Classic strat so maybe that was made just for them.

Oh wait,that is a Classic Players 60's Strat (Link)

I used to have a late 90s MIM burgundy mist 60's strat.

Great guitar, but I always disliked the radius
