Shell Pink MJT Tele Build

Sihpped! Very exciting.
Can't think of any negatives* except the wait time is going up and up as word of the Jenny's skills spreads. But I think the slight delay in mine being built was down to Musikraft taking a while to build my neck rather than anything else. For one of his standard builds using Allparts stock, you'll be fine.
* OK - one very pernickety negative: if you order a Jag, you're stuck with a choice of one shape/style as Allparts only do one (identical the the CIJ, which is itself a lovely profile) and Musikraft don't make one at all. If they did, I'd have ordered a shell pink Jag with a club neck.

Whisper it kids, but I may well have dodged the comedy import tax to which I've leant my name... Parcelforce's online tracker is still showing "in process" but USPS's says "delivered". I'm going to allow a moment for the full irony of this to sink in. Right. My wife took delivery, and wasn't sure what it was; she didn't realise it was a kit, and said it sounded like a box full of lego.
How I laughed until I realised that both kids' birthdays are coming up, and there's every chance I could have beens sent a box of lego.

Before anyone says anything: yes, I know this thread is worthless without pics. There will be some soon, honest guv.
So the good news is, it wasn't Lego. It was my tele, beautifully packaged up - body, neck and pickguard were individually wrapped within the box, then there was a box of bits (some of which had me scratching my head - who knew the labyrinthine complexities of the tele jack up until now?). The body is beautiful, and hilariously light (as requested) - bolted the neck and bridge on last night (didn't mean to, but got carried away) and even allowing for the weight of the rest of the gubbins, it's far lighter than my thinline, even.
The neck is just as huge as that photo I posted on page one of the thread, although alarmingly, it doesn't actually feel that big to me now: my GS has made all necks feel diddy. White button machine heads are already fitted. Have some fiddly jobs to do - string ferrules look like they'll need a lot of persuasion to go in without fucking the finish, and correctly positioning the neck pickup and control plate seem like jobs that could test my patience.
More news (and pics) as it breaks.
