Well, without having teh tools I can't really help much. You'd have to take it to a shop. I suspect that one of the coils in the neck bucker is not hooked up or just plain dead.

prob just gonna have a friend who knows wiring take a look at the neck pickup sometime. so far i've been loving this guitar, though!
