yeah, that was the one I was thinking of (reminds me of Daniel Johnston). I just think it would kind of be a waste of money to refinish the whole thing due to such a small area.

Yeah, on second thought, just put a sticker over it. I'd personally still glue a block in there so the sticker sits flush.

that has become my plan..
though i need to test the wiring as well..

so.. after testing the wiring..

the Phase switch appears to actually be a kill switch... so when engaged (up) the bridge pickup is off, and with the 3 way in the middle kills both pickups..
i may keep this, as i like having a kill switch..

my tone cut switch on the control plate appears to do nothing... except look awesome..

i'm off to run some errands, so i may pick up a different resister while i'm out for the tone cut..

and will attempt to do an demo when i get home.
