<jag-stang> I have two Jazzmaster bodies, would I be able to turn one into a jaguar without additional routing & would there be any intonation issues attaching a shortscale neck?<jag-stang/>

It wouldn't work, but a conversion neck would. It means you'd have 24" scale but a lack of frets.

would work with a squier duo sonic neck, or a squier jagmaster neck..
