Yas! Got a Korg DT-10 Tuner

Post by Boab »

I know there are a few advocates of these pedals here and it was on that advice largely that I went for one. The way my board's gonna be soon means I needed a good buffer, and this looks like it'll fit the bill perfectly. And they look really cool too.

Just thought I'd give fellow owners the opportunity to chime in about them.

I've had mine for years and it's never let me down. The only downside is that I have to mount it on a piece of wood so that it's high enough on my pedalboard to allow me to plug my guitar into it.

Yes, but is it a sexy black one with the blue light?

NO.. :?

It does make beepy noises when tuning and the amp is turned way up, though.

i use one and I'm happy with it. I certainly noticed the buffer doing wonders on my top end when I ran it on its own with a bunch of other true bypass pedals.

Quick question about buffers: How many pedals do you think you can get away with before needing something? I'm thinking about fuzzes that don't like being after buffers that I have a fondness for.

I think about 5 true bypass pedlas is the most you can get away with before you'll notice your signal going to shit.
