I really like the Lastgasp Art Labs Type 88 Superoscillo Fuzz - which can you find on this page along with a bunch of other crazy pedals.

The beginning has some pretty creepy diminished haunted house/seasick noises and swells. I kinda like it.

The part he starts playing at 1:20 sounds like it's from a videogame, but I'll be darned if I can't recall which one it is.
