Songs featuring the Fender Jaguar

Post by taylornutt »

I was emailed this story from guitarsquid with bands playing Jaguars in their music videos/live performances. Interesting list.

http://guitarsquid.com/Latest/10-great- ... aguar.html

Add more of your own videos with Jaguars as well.

Nice Cribs video that, big fan of them and rather excited for possible 5th album this year.

Mustang and jaguar content is this!

This actually hasn't got any Jaguars in it but a nice bunch of guitars/bass which you'll dig

I like these threads. There was one on jag-stang about 70 pages long that had just about every video with a Jag you could think of.

I saw Pains of Being Pure last year and the lead singer had his white Jag that he seems to always use. One of the bands that opened for them had one guitarist with a Jag and another with a Jazzmaster. It's pretty common to see alternative/indie bands use Jaguars and/or Jazzmasters.

I haven't been keeping up with music lately but this is really fantastic stuff. The first video just makes me angry, though, mainly at how good at that drummer is. She's doing a perfect shuffle beat and it just looks so easy for her, and then she just has to throw in a little Hal Blaine just because she fucking can.

And that ending. Where do I find a drummer that can play like that and smile while doing it? I don't even need it to be a cute girl, just a drummer like that.

Yes. Yes I do. And I really quite dislike the fact that we're discussing her weight. Wouldn't be doing that if she was a fella, would we?
