Post by mordechaister »

What?!?? Ok I know this is waaaay off topic but this had to be brought up. Moog released a Lap Steel.

I hear National Guitars is releasing a new line of Touch Sensitive Midi Instruments at NAMM this weekend too.

Why did i expect it to look different from the moog guitar? It just seems like they're reusing the old circuitry of those moog guitars. It sounded cool but after a certain point the lapsteel got so filtered that it was bland to me. So then i watched a bunch of kaki king videos.

I wonder how much it will be? What I mean is, where will it be on the £1500-£3000 scale?

It sounds great but it'll be out of range of most people.

Yeah I'm really surprised there hasn't been a Moog Bass yet.

i'd have a lot of fun with this. As said earlier, it's probably way out of my price range, but looks so fun.

I have no questions -- but looks gorgeous, Mike. I love Moog so much.
