i'd say go for the micro pog since it's such a standard..but.. so many people use them.. i guess it's just what you do with it.
it's well known and does the job, no surprises.
that ring thing i'm checking though..it's a bit more odd but seems a lot more versatile.... for just €10 extra..but much more distinct/odd sounding.

I'm hoping that the things I use it with will make the difference. I know exactly what I want from it and that it can do it, so it's just a case of chaining that up with some other ridiculous things.
