could be a bad neck, the one that i picked up is holding it's own i use 12 - 54's on it...

though i just realized i don't have a completed picture of it up yet...
or the final write up, so i'll have to snake it from my jam space this week and do both of those things.
I had a Bullet Special Strat neck that did the same thing, you could dive notes just by pushing the back of the neck with little pressure. I wouldn't expect it to happen on a £200+ Squier though.
