Souldier guitar straps

Post by kim »

http://souldier.us/

very nice textiles selection, heard they have even more in stock not mentioned on their site (if you're after a specific pattern), lots of options..not cheap, but i like how elegant and sober they look, not all that stupid padding and stiff textile.
i just ordered one from a shop in holland and was a bit baffled by their 15euro ups shipping costs. ridiculous.
i often see couch straps and though they are good quality their designs i find here can be so dull..just plain nylon or racing stripe.

anyone have any experience with souldier straps ?

if only i bought over ebay but never have and never will. i guess it saves money, but i stick with local 2ndhand sites and offical webstores ..don't know why i'm so anti-ebay.. i think it would be bad for my wallet in the end. :p

curious how this strap will turn out, i ordered one with flower motive. i liked the polar bear/black bear and owl ones but too pricey and not in stock at the shop in the hague.
do you use straplocks with it or are the ends of it tough enough to not warp and come off after a while ?

i think the ebay purchase was the official company. nice packaging as well. Its better than my big leather strap I have and looks lovely on my jazzy. Definitley buy them again

Ooh, nice link though. Typically, the one I like is out of stock...

loving the owls and the crop circles. dont know if i could justify blowing like 60 bucks on a strap though.

agreed. too much. i searched for the cheapest ones, some designs i like more but i like the look of them anyway so i picked a cheaper more boring print. 20/30 is what you'd pay for a standard strap..those couch ones i found overpriced too..maybe because they're so 'hip' here.
