I just had a fun time drinking beer and watching youtube videos of pigtronix pedals.

What are some other mind blowing pedal manufacturers?

Subdecay make some excellent stuff.

Also got lots of respect for anyone using tagboard like Ghost Effects and Creepy Fingers.

These are people who I either chat to and share some common ground as a builder with and I dig what they do, or they just plain make pedals that I want to buy but don't because I'm supposed to be SENSIBLE.

Some of the things the guys on the Madbeanpedals boards come up with are insane. If not ultimately practical.

I have not had the pleasure of trying any of the Fredic Effects yet. Not a burn at all. I only commented on the brands I have played.

I guess I should throw BOSS in there as well since I have a couple of their pedals as well.

I don't really own many different brands of pedals. I have Danelectro, Marshall and Electro Harmonix pedals, and one Behringer (tuner) as of today. I also have a few Boss pedals hanging around, most of which my brother uses.

However, if I had mo' cash I'd probably be enjoying MadebyMike, Fredric and Dwarfcraft pedals enormously right now, in the way Renholm Denholm is enjoying this cup of coffee:

I'd like some Frantone stuff.

One of the guitarists in one of my old bands had a peach fuzz that I loved. Her other stuff looks cool and sounds nice on the you tubes.

Roger Linn is always a name to listen out for, the adrenalinn is amazing. Other than that, Old Digitech/DOD stuff, ZVex, Alesis midiverbs are worth a punt, so are some of the weird guitar/keyboard pedals they had - very unique sounding, check the Bitrman.

Maneco, Watkins and Malekko come to mind. Sonic Annihilation, Earthquake Devices, JAM Pedals are also cool and still running. I agree with what everyone else said prior, good companies.

Aye, the Adrenalinn is pretty amazing. It might feel like a studio tool at first but with a bit of decent fore-thought it can be a pretty amazing live tool.

I'm digging the demos of the envelop filter pedals and dirt boxes coming out of Source Audio as of late.

Haven't bought a newish pedal in over 2 years, would really like to get the Multiwave Distortion. Pete Thorn's video shows off the stuff quite nicely, it's got loads of fun tones:

Their smaller-footprint SOUNDBLOX versions for 2012 are pretty cool, too.
