how a sonic blue can become greeny quickly?
I have this very nice 90's mustang who plays almost like a 60's one (i compared).
i loved these greeny mustangs who were sonic blue (or daphne blue).
how can i do to look like that? except of let the guitar in front of the sun during 40 years.
seaform green
i found a blog about that old yellowed mustangs but i can no longer find it.

Nitros finished guitars are a more susceptible to ageing and discolouring over time, given their age as well.
I think it ages due to UV, and back in the day tobacco smoke.
Poly does age but not that quickly and seemingly not as much too. Mine has changed a few shades from Oly white to a mild custardy sorta colour... and that's over 10 year.
Quick solution is as A_saVANT has mentioned.

it ended up getting darker around the edges on accident, its got drip marks on it, it pretty much looks old as hell, without some asshole dragging it behind his pickup truck to "relic" it. its relic-ed properly.

Tinted Clear Coat Aerosol
Another product that the customers asked for.... Tinted Clear Coat is now available in either a gloss or satin finish. The nitrocellulose clear coat has been tinted with a slight amber/yellow dye blend to replicate the look of aged lacquer. The tinted clear can be used to age a color, new bindings, pickguards or age the typical wear areas of a relic.

If you have access to a hlvp setup you can use behlen nitro guitar laquer. It does not yellow as fast as other nitros but on a final coat add a drop of amber transtint. A little amber goes a long way. Also if its not green enough for you can always do another coat with the amber. Works great. It may also work with thane but do your homework. Amber tinted rattle cans will be the best way to go if you're not familiar with hlvp. Also a good UV light in a closet will work pretty fast. Just don't have anything else in the closet.
