That does sound pretty good, it's like a fat distortion copping some of the idiosyncrasies of a weirdo fuzz. The cheaper non-'Pro' version gets pretty close too:

The lack of any EQ definitely puts me off that one though, making the new Soundblox 2 version look like a reeeal contend-AH.

I would also like to make a case for the AdrenaLinn, an awesome product. I also enjoy pedals Made by Mike and ZVex.

Sonic Pharmacy. And I'm not just saying that because I'm sitting in the pharmacy itself right now. Some fucking mad man pedals - half my board is made by them and I've just picked another rather fantastic box from them today. Only on Facebook at the moment, but worth checking them out - no demos up yet but that should be sorted soon.
I honk and parp in Kellar

Whoever that lad was that was taking the Artec OCD clones and respraying them. Him. And yun, obviously, although it really shouldn't have taken until page 2 for him to get a mention.

+1 for Malekko and Empress for modulation and time effects.
Fuzzhugger and Blackout Effectors make great sounding fuzzes.
Montreal Assembly make interesting synths and othersuch guitar weirdness.

MOOER, anyone?

Cool maybe in the way that MIC pedals in smaller-than-hammond-1590-enclosures can be bought for what I'm guessing will be about $70 or so, some of which have the potential to be nice copies of things. I actually was able to recently take a peek at Mooer Pedals' press release for 2012, and was not so surprised at the claims of "modelled after..." descriptions stated. But for the sake of decency(and a little mystery, perhaps?), I've cut those sections off and put just the pedal mock-ups together into a single page for you guys to see. My friend who tried them out was fairly impressed with the quality and toanz, and expects them to do very well in the coming year. He said the talk of copying was actually limited to basic design template (nothing new, eh?), but they've steered themselves far enough to keep things from becoming another Dano Coolcat Transparent OD, Drive, and Fuzz deal.

I'm very curious about a few of these, no less.

Love 'em. Mostly because they're TINY. Wouldn't mind the trem and maybe the fuzz. I've been hankering after a teeny, tiny fuzz like that ever since you posted that yellow one a while back with just the single big knob on the front. Malekko make a few, too.

Aye. http://www.amsterdamcream.com/

Funny thing, I checked the shop address and the dude lives like 10 minutes from us.

Indeed handmade does equal more cash regardless of size, but his distortion and fuzz look like heaps of fun.
