To hell with photography skills, it was bothersome enough to move the electrics upstairs.

Can't believe I haven't posted these yet...but then again, there's not a shortscale among 'em anymore, so maybe that's why!

Here's my 1977 Les Paul Standard. I got it for $500 canadian two years ago, which at the time was about $400 in American dollars. Previous owner put a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge, Shaller tuners, straplocks, and a brass nut on it.

Image

Here it is again, next to my telecaster that I built from a cheap $99 Saga kit that I bought on Fleabay. I put Grover tuners, blue pearl pickguard, and a pair of GFS "fat boys" (or something like that) pickups in, along with all new pots and caps. The colour in the pic is actually brighter than in real life, it is in fact a much darker/grayer shade, but I guess the flash made it look more like Daphne blue. I gave the neck a strat headstock for giggles.

I have a fairly 'normal' (c.f. boring) guitar collection. No silvertones, danelectros or other weird thngs.. just

L-R,
Takamine ESG45-SC (G-series santa-fe from about 1996)
1991 USA Std Strat (first 'real' guitar that isn't gigged so much now. still in immaculate condition though...)
1995 CIJ Jaguar, shoreline gold with matching headstock (FTW!)
2003 Gibson Les Paul Std
1998 MIM Strat - sort of... Sperzels, LSR, Wilkinson 5+1 Bridge, Tom Anderson pickups (like SD Qtr Pounders), 3 x 3-way (Full/Off/Tapped), Vol + Tone. Needs a new scratchplate and I'm saving for a Warmoth body/neck combo... and for the amount of money evetually spent on it, i'd probably be better off getting a second-hand Anderson/Suhr/Tyler anyway...

1994 MIJ Squier. 60's reissue job in mint condition.

Occasionally I've borrowed a Ric 330 and an original '66 Mustang.

Image

I have a fairly odd collection of pedals, to counteract the boringness of the guitar accumulation..

EHX Deluxe Memory Man (oh yeah..)
EHX Small Stoneski
Nobels TR-X Tremelo
Red Onion mute switch
Old skool Marshall Guv'nor
Dunlop Crybaby
EHX Big Muff (US RI)
EHX POG
Boss tuner

i dont think i've actually posted these yet, maybe one or two in seperate threads.

these two are my main guitars, undecided which one like the most.
Image
MIJ Epiphone Les Paul Custom, Fender Classic 60's Player Strat

i've owned these two for a while now. i quite like the danelectro, it's one of the recent reissues that sold like hot cakes.
Image
Westfield 335, Danelectro 59 "Jimmy Page"

The SG's. Had the emily the strange since it came out, had it shipped from america before they released them here a year later. the red one is a gibson-baldwin eductaion model thing, nice neck, wank pickups.
Image

i dont really use these much any more, the tele was my main guitar until i got the strat. the daisy rock i got for 60 brand new from sound control ages ago, not bad for a guitar that was around £450 when it came out.

I thought I'd take some pictures with all these guitar censuses going on. so, these are pretty much my functional guitars I have right now.

sorry about the blurryness of the picture. my camera sucks when you don't use the flash (and is washed out when you do).

left to right:

Epiphone Dot Studio (with added bigsby and pickguard)
Johnson/Eden/GFS strat
