Just fitted some avri pickups, and tried to put my jag back closer to stock.
Put the jag knobs back on there, removed the straplocks etc. Still waiting for the bridge cover.
Absolutely no issues with microphonic feedback... so I now have claws and all !! They sound great, and growing on me all the time.
The aged covers tie in the mint nicely.

Beauty. The aged covers do look much more fitting.

Did some modding but don't think she's gonna stay like this
'cause I'm displeased with the look of the hotrail in the neck.
Maybe gonna go for a Lace Sensor in that pos.
- SD JB in the bridge
- Dragonfire Hotrail in the neck
- Locked bridge and tremelo
- 0.22 uf Orange drop cap (really opened up the sound imo)

bubbastain wrote:New here and first post. I just picked up this Fender Cyclone and within a few days picked up the Squier Super-Sonic. Been playing 25.5ers my whole life. These shorter scales feel so cool. Gonna be getting a new pickup for the neck position on the Cyclone. It will be an EMG single to go with the EMG81 in the bridge. It will only have a single volume and a bridge-off-neck toggle. The SS has a SD JB in the bridge and Jazz in the neck. I'm loving both of these guitars.

love the super sonic!

Those are some great shots of you playing the Mustang, Mike. Looks really nice. Was that the Rob_Og Duo-Sonic in the first pic off to the right?

Yup, we had a song in Eb tuning in the set so I brought it along, was very nice to finally play it out after all the work my Dad and I put into it.

My band mate got this stang recently (the white one) so I just had to take a family picture.
The chair looks nice right? The band we used to share rehearsal space with left it for us. How nice of them.

I never took a good full frontal.
The original pickguard is shrunk so I put the black one on.
