hahaha,
We need to keep pushing stuff like this. We're taking internet arguements to new places. Stuff like politics and death sentences and gun control and planes on treadmills is old hat. We need to push the bounds of what we can argue about.
OH, I call dibs on Black Paisley guitar. I've been planning something for ages, and will hopefully have money by the end of the year to get it started. I don't want anyone else stealing my black paisly thunder. Bastards.

I call dibs on pickguards with fictive motorsport events logos on them. Like "Pan Australian Motorcycle Death Rally" with random stitching and rivets all over. That shit is the green pearloid of 2020.

i want a black paisely guitar too, but i haven't really got a guitar black paisely would go well on... yet.
time for some telecaster photoshops. buying a telecaster and making it my black paisely guitar, two birds one stone.

sorry for taking this even more off topic but:
i don't know whether i absolutely love or it or really hate it. i think i'd have to buy a classic vibe and put a black paisely guard on it to actually find out.

hmmm, don't think it works on account of the maple neck. If it were darker, then maybe.

yeah needs more rosewood.
i did a 'shop of a tele deluxe too but i think the guard is too big to have paisely on it, bit overpowering.

It definitely loses the goth factor on a white guitar... I like it. Darker fretboard would make a huge difference.

Right, I'm definitely doing this:
Black mahogony Jagmaster (25.5" scale) routed for two humbuckers (not swinning pool route)
Left handed strat neck (reverse headstock)
Floyd Rose (probably chrome)
Black glossy body, with black matte competition stripes (if possible) and matching headstock woth Squier decal, with Jagmaster in silver (dunno where this is coming from)
Two Bare Knuckle Pickups War Pigs humbuckers
Black paisley pickguard
Jaguar control plates, with:
concentric pots, so 2 x volume and 2 x tone
lower plate: coil tap neck.......... phase................coil tap body
Upper plate: three toggle switches, one three way (pickup selector) and two miniature (series/parallel ......... EMG PA-2 (25db boost, controllable by a trim pot inside the guitar)
Dunno how possible it is to wire this all up together, but I want to try.

I'm gonna wait for you to finish it. Then I'm gonna steal it.
