Its had 28s bid on it and not gone over £200 yet.. 1 day to go. It could go mental in the last 30 seconds or barley make 200 odd. Hard to tell with this one.
One to watch George and possibly the one to buy as it has a lot of toys.

DIBS if you do and then sell though.. getting in now on the off chance

Sometime ago I saw a Hamer Superstrat in purple metalflake, Gunslinger style with the slanted humbucker, 1 x volume, upside down pointy headstock. Its one of the coolest things I've ever seen but I griped about it going over £150 (the inbred tyre kicker in me) and didn't go for it. Really regret that, never seen one since, or before for that matter.
Sometimes I think you just have to bite the bullet, if you want the Kramer its not one of those models you will see week in week out.

Oooo hang fire on the Kramit. it could almost 100% sure its a Music Yo jobby, not a real Kramer

Still looks quality though, but not sure if the Yo guitars were MIJ, think they were Korean at that point?

Any Hamer for around £150~200 is a real bargain, they made quality stuff and most were neck throughs back in the day.

Phew thanks for chipping in with that. Looks like its not a legit one from the 80s. Might give it a miss then.

Using the shred pick grip method. Going to town.

UPDATE:

Here is the guitar I won. £125 for a 90s professional series Jackson Dinky. Not too shabby but a few dings and some signs of rust which will need attention. I also have a 3 hour round car trip to get it.

YESSSS!! Well done George, £125 for that is a steal. Even got the allen keys at the back of the headstock. Old Jacksons are great, look forward to hearing your views on it :D

Nice, that was one of the ones you were looking at right from the start wasn't it. Glad one of us got a win tonight.

That's good to know. Apparently the Professional Series is the one to go for, serial number indicates 1996 which is just shy of the golden era but still pro series and still MIJ.

Looking at the photos the floyd is a bit rusty as are the neck plate screws. Already getting cold feet

Just hope it's worth the trip.

Nice one! I hope you like it, I was tempted to bid on it myself but I didn't in the end as I didn't want to push the price up as I knew you were interested in it.

Its also safe to say, if I hadn't just bought them Football tickets I would be hunting another Jackson down. Can we let this all die down now George?

The next few days I'm going to be bricking it worrying I've wasted money on the wrong thing. If I see a neon shred mode guitar I still might get one though for cheap.

The next phase is going to be me getting pissed off setting up floyds and learning sweep picking. Should probably just name this the shred diaries now

So no I don't think it'll die down for a while yet!

I'm now gonna flood all the Jacksons I was watching. Might be useful to some of you.
