Right just got my Tele back from my mate who kindly agreed to wire up my new pickups (Kent Armstrong vintage 12’s) and a push /pull coil split:

Haven't posted in here for ages so here's a couple of recent shots.

The 335

The MIM Tele, although I think the body is probably the only thing that's original now.

Together - bit sunny up here today so forgive the poor photography skillz.

When you install a Bigsby can you still leave the original bridge on? I have seen some do this & wondered if it is to help with tension. I know you can buy a bar that replaces the original bridge to put tension on the strings & supposedly means you don't have to drill the top of the body.

I'm not sure to be honest. I know you can get different versions of them where you don't have to drill holes. Unless you buy a B5 then you're going to need to drill regardless as you need to drill a couple of holes next to the strap button.

I bought the guitar with the Bigsby already fitted so I can't really offer much help. There's loads of info on different models on their site though as well as various forums etc.

yeah, I almost never like dots or anything, and then I see a proper 335 with binding and a pickguard and everything and I'm like damn, that looks great.
