I made a demo of the DD-3 at about 1 o'clock this morning. I hope this is the right thread for it...

Apologies for the background noise at the start, and apologies for not showing any of the sensible functions of the pedal. I was just so mesmerised by the noise-making capabilities!

Switched the Box of Rock out for some Cake action. I wanted more versatility, and i got that, but the Box of Cake just booms low end and cuts out a lot of trebble, which isn't useful for a rythm pedal for my tastes. The higher strings just sing but the lower ones literally boom on the higher gain settings. Might have to switch back to the box of rock, we'll see.

Haha, I'm not sure whether to take this as a compliment or not. I like Fat Pie so I'll assume it is...

Fuck off Less Cunning.

Over Half those pedals are workman pedals and not remotely boutique.
Nice board, welcome to shortscale!

haha i was gonna say that, A boss giga delay is a boutique pedal now? ahh must be just like that pro co rat 2, what is that anyways? must be some $400 tubscreamer from some crazy boutique company. and don't get me started on those visual sound pedals.

But seriously though nice board. :P

welcome to the boards, kestrel. that's one nice board. curious what those two little pedals are. the little blue one next to the liquid chorus and that little orange once bottom right.

edit: silly me didn't use his eyes. what kinda flavor delay/chorus are they? vintage/analogue or modern/digital or hybrid?

not my board, but its something i'd admire: something old/something new, cheap & boutique, DIY & "off-the-shelf." et cetera. a nice contrasting mix&match. normally i'd roll my eyes at the Eventide Timefactor but somehow it seems to work w/ that set-up: seems both functional & versatile.
