phaha.. but that filing cabinet has things I don't care about but the missus thinks are important like wills, insurance policies and warranties.

That is the most grown up thing I own, that filing cabinet.

Sunday night (if I'm not ridiculously hung over from my drummers' stag) or Monday night (most likely) are pencilled for the Tiny Terror demo with a Malik requested tune played - post your request here homeboy.

Yaay, now I'll have something to get me totally excited about me getting my own and maybe I'll stop thinking about spending my savings on other pointless stuff! Cheers!

And my own request? Blimey. Would it be pushing it if I asked you to play Under the Bridge? That's got some very pretty cleans on it and I'd love to hear it played through a very pretty amp. I know you've only got 'buckers at the moment but I know what those wide-rangers can do in the treble section.

Oh, it's a real pain in the arse to get perfect so I wouldn't worry too much about it. The chords are the prettiest bit, they've got a very slight crunch that sounds like something only a valve amp can achieve, I'm no expert but it seems like that to me. Jingly jangly cleans are like the best thing ever.

Literally forever? You should get a job doing R&D, you'd be a considerable amount of time ahead of anyone with ideas when it comes to.. well, anything really.

So Mike.....How's the Tiny Terror treating you so far....... Hopefully you can actually post some useful clips up here.....

It is a shame you guys can not get the tributes at a reasonable price. I got mine new on clearance for under 300 new.

Sweet Mike - they look hot.
Looking forward to your samples as ever!
It's awesome that there is such a good amp available that is so portable.

Thanks guys.

I'm going to have it as my backup instead of the PowerBlock, aswell as playing on it at home lots. I got to play it again for about half an hour this morning after the missus went out and before I went to work - so many great sounds in here - recording is going to be so much fun, and just noodling along was great.

This thing really barks in 15 watt mode, make no mistake it has some balls. The 7 watt mode allows you to get the Volume up higher and get the power tubes working at lower volume and you can get some lovely variations of the Orange overdrive with the Gain at 12 o clock, 3 o clock and all the way up, Beautiful. Voiced really nicely aswell, the tone control stays at 12 o clock most of the time but you can bring it up to dial in the higher harmonics for clean or overdriven stuff.

Do you want the PowerBlock when I come down?

It's not like I'll get anything for it resale and it's a cool little backup for your DSL50.. I remember you were reasonably into the idea of getting one when they were out.

I'll bring it down and you can try it out. that comes with a case too ;)
