OOOOOOOH nice amp! I love bassmans but i cant say i ever tried a bassman 10, and i also have a Peavey classic 50 but i am getting tired of it and might trade it in.

i loved my bassman. just sold it and the 4x12 to junkbox, but living where we do, it gets to stay at my house.

Congratulations! I've never used a Bassman Ten, but I had a tweed '59 Bassman that was a thing of beauty. Yours doesn't have a control for the mids on the bass channel like mine does.

it jacks the volume up a bit, and it allows you to use the channel volumes as gain knobs, and the master as a, well, master. it sounds amazing. i just use the volume on my guitar.
this amp is so touch sensitive. it really responds to your picking and attack, and turning the knob on my guitar down some actually cleans it up really nicely. i fucking love this amp.

oh man, i love the sound of the holy grail through the bassman, but does anyone else use a different reverb through it? doesn anyone use anoutboard fender reverb???????? TEH PWNZORZ??!?!?!
