I've been thinking of buying one:

http://www.behringer.com/AB100/index.cfm?lang=eng

£20.

Although I would prefer an A/B A+B selection which I think only the Boss does - hopefully behringer will clone it?

I was thinking it would be cool to have the TT going into one of th speakers in my 2x12" and the Marshall into the other, and to be able to switch the TT in full on rawk setting in and out of my sound. Suppose I could do that with this thing actually, just plug it into the dry out of my DMM and only connect one output to the TT and leave the other unconnected, that way stomping will switch the Orange in and out and leave the JVM on all the time (which is what I want).

Will probably be able to push the Master on the JVM harder through one half of a cab too. Dunno, worth playing with when we have another practise when John is back from honeymoon.

Really OTT would be JVM and 6100 into each of the speakers with a midi switcher switching channels on them both simultaneously.

That would kick some serious ass.

Indeed, but I can't justify buying a MIDI switcher, I don't need one cos I only use one head at a time and the JVM footswitch is awesome and programmable. MIDI footboards cost at least 100 bones and look like shit:

tell me about it.

Think it's about 9 since I said I'd have it, and Mansons had had it on order for a couple before that.

IT'S HERE!!! Few days earlier than expected which is nice.
Anyway, just getting my head round all the channels. I will need to spend some time on this puppy.
Will do a better post with pics and samples at some point.
For now I'm happy :D

Nice :D Yeah, when I had a go on Mike's, the hundreds of channels really intimidated me actually, but it was rather splendid once I got around that. Hope you like it.

Cheers guys.
I had a right old play last night and started getting some of the sounds I wanted out of it. So far I am extremely happy with the amp! Once I get all the channels to sound how I want I have no doubt it will be truly awesome!

Well I've been playing it for a few days and it's superb :)
Unbelievably versatile - this amp could cope with any playing style.
Current footswitch settings for me are:

1) Clean - Green
2) Crunch - Orange, gain at 11 o'clock
3) Crunch - Red
4) OD1 - Orange, Gain at 12 o'clock
5) OD1 - Red
6) Master volume toggle.

Forgot to take pic at our practice room, but it looks sweet on top of the Orange cab :D

Awesome. Looking forward to the pics when you get them.

We have a few settings in common, you use a chunk more gain than me on your heavy tones.

I use Clean Orange to get the sound you're getting from Crunch Orange and have my Crunch gain at 3 o clock. I love the chunk of going from Crunch Orange to Red - it's Brutal. Then I have OD1 Green with the Gain at near max for my heavier/lead sound.

OD1/2 Orange/Red are great fun to play but too saturated for a band of our ilk - perfect for anything with a heavy backline to it like hardcore, punk, noisepop and heavier rock or metal.

Yeah totally, I love the change from Crunch Orange to Red!
Our new band is a fair bit heavier than Sell Crazy, so like you said the Orange/Red OD1 are perfect for that.
Haven't used OD2 much - just doesn't sound as good as OD1 to me. I guess it is that slightly more scooped metal sound.
