£50.

I'm beginning to think I should have charged more - £100 is a bit of a bargain. The speakers alone are worth more than £25 each.

I may have to rethink this to be honest, Hurb.

Maybe a little - I just think £100 is crazy low for a cab that costs £389 new and that I can break £100 from parting out the 80's worn in speakers.

dude, if you're worried about space, drape a sheet over the top and put one of your wife's knick knacks on it so you can put that fucker in the living room until you have a proper band room to set it up in. 1960A's should be heirlooms!

it's already in the nook in the living room with a dust cover on it, but there is the 6100 head on top and the 2x12" in front with the JVM on top, I can see Joanna's point when she says it's kinda taking over space innit.

there room for the amp under the bed or something? you know you'll kick yourself in about 6 months if you sell this cab.

Our bed is pretty low - you ain't getting a cab under there. You may be right. I think I need to give this serious thought, Maybe store it at my folks in their attic and see if I miss it.

yeah, man, pedals and guitars you can change like underwear. but that i've had that 4x12 through so many incarnations, it's not even funny (really, it's not funny, don't laugh).

here's a thought. . . tell your bandmates to cock up their rock with MOAR SPEEKORZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111

I think Gareth is moving to a Tiny Terro & 2x12" setup at some pointactually.

He's saving up for either the Orange AD30TC twin channel Head and a cab or the AD30 2x12" 2 channel combo.

awesome, now just work on that bass player, and you're golden!

Nah fuck that, we hate bass players that come to gigs with idiot-stacks. I'm sorry, there is no sense in a fullstack on the stages we play. Jon's bass amp sounds fucking great, people always love it.

This is what he has, but slightly older version, no carpetting, better recessed handles - but same package: 300W, 15" speaker + switchable horn, Volume, Gain, Treble, Middle, Bass, Compressor onboard, 7 band EQ..

I'm pretty sure Kim plays bigger stages than me. We play small to medium sized venues, and on the medium sized venues everything is mic'd/DI'd in the case of the bass. We've played with the Trace Elliott dicks who mush all over the rest of the band. I'm sorry - if the bass is louder than the guitar AND vox - then you're a dickhead and your band is shit.

oh ffs......you brits live on a tiny island. To drive from the top to the bottom of the country would take about 5 hours each way. chances are you guys live closer together than that. On your day off make a road trip out of it and just take it home.
