i've heard this said a million times, yet ishibashi still continues to quote me. not that i've ever followed through and bought anything.

rob, go for either a jaguar or an old daphne blue-o-sonic ii.
Really? I've been turned down, despite having bought from them twice before. I really want a Fender Japan guitar from their site :?

the price is a little steep on the shadowmaster. hold out a little longer and you could probably get one under $500. i've even seen '60s ones go for less than that.

im going over to Jackson now. if they have one of those squiers on the floor and the frets dont aren't all McStabby the search is over. if not, then the search continues.

i might possibly blow all this flow on excalibur.....why not right? its just going to take me the time to sit around and wait for one to come up with all this blow in my pocket setting it on fire

Don't just buy the Strat dude, you have the bullet. Save it for something you really actually want.

That's not Excalibur you n00b.

Excalibur is the Vista series Sonic Blue Jagmaster.

Huh. I thought that was the Soapsonic. ah wells.

Yeah, wait for excalibur, that gets my vote. It's pretty much your favorite guitar anyways, right?

The deluxe squiers are nice, I played one a few weeks ago. Definitely worth $250, but seriously, you have enough budget guitars. Get something nice and classy, might inspire you to thin the herd.

back from jackson. http://www.jacksonmusic.com/

they had one of those strat XII's in lake placid blue. it was really bright though. it was more like the color blue they put on the toronado GT's a couple years ago. it was FUCKING AWESOME. the price tag was not fucking awesome though $785. the neck on these things is finished just like a japan jag or mustang. GLOSS FOR MILES.

the blue wasn't as dark as the one they show on the fender site. me likes. but not 785 likes.

the other guitar they had there that was quite interesting was the Gibson Nashville double cut for 650. I tried one of these out at HOG before christmas and the frets were FUCKING DEADLY SPIKES. but the one here is as smooth as my giant nut sack. do want. trying to justify the price in my brainz

none. if they had it, it would be sitting in my lap right now.

i wonder what the street value is on them? i guess i could call them up and see what they would want to order one?

im just totally sketched out about ordering anything lately after handling all the horrible factory fretjobs on guitars over the winter. all manufactures

they also had a fiesta red mustang bass for like 550 or something. it smelled of huge sweaty rock balls

I totally understand that. It looks like it will be a 200-250 guitar over here. They are on guitar website everywhere but no word about when they actually will be available.
