You take it back to the guy that built it. That the problem with that kinda stuff. What bothers me is when he says that he would not run it for more the 2 hours. I practice longer that that all the time. That would be an issue. I'd be pissed if my new 5000 dollar amp went out.

i gathered that he used tubes that aren't often used in guitar amplifiers because there were a lot of nos examples.
i go to an electronics swap meet once a month and there are boxes and boxes of nos tubes in their original boxes, but rarely will you find one that will go in a guitar amp. i imagine the guy just used some of these.
