Edit: Oops didn't see tribi's post.
Eh, I bought one of those for like $250 used a while back because it was the first time I've seen a ric knockoff in person. It felt like a cheap guitar, kinda similar to an epiphone lp special if those had set necks. Playable, but the electronics would've had to get replaced (I don't actually know if I liked the pickups or not because the switch options sucked (they do IMO on the real 3 pickup rics/gibsons too. The switch wanted to reset to middle all the time with the slightest nudge. The neck was alright, no real complaints about the frets or anything, but I did not feel like I owned a rickenbacker which was the goal, so I returned it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Counterfeit ESP Guitars
ESP customers,
Please be aware that it has just been brought to our attention that a China-based online company, paylessguitar (dot) com, is selling guitars with the logos of many guitar manufacturers, including ESP.
DO NOT PURCHASE ESP GUITARS FROM THIS SITE. THE GUITARS BEING SOLD ARE NOT MADE BY ESP. THEY ARE COUNTERFEITS.
The guitars being sold are not made by ESP, and paylessguitar (dot) com is in no way authorized by ESP as a manufacturer, distributor, or reseller of our products. In addition to the guitars themselves, the components being used in the guitars -- pickups, tuners, and more -- are also counterfeit. Legal action by ESP and other manufacturers is pending as a result.
The following admission is found on the companyʼs web site:
All the musical instruments are fabricated in our China factory, and all the guitar accessories, like pickups, etc., are imported from Korea.
The guitars being sold by this entity do not compare in build quality or performance capability to any authentic ESP model. Please note that there will be NO WARRANTY honored by ESP on any guitar purchased through paylessguitar (dot) com.
To ensure youʼre purchasing your ESP from an authorized seller (US dealer or international distributor), please visit our web site at espguitars.com and look in the “dealersâ€ area. All authorized dealers and distributors are listed. Outside the United States, authorized dealers can be confirmed as legitimate by contacting your ESP distributor.
ESP takes pride in the highest-level quality in the design and build of each of our guitars, and itʼs important that our customers be aware of this type of fraudulent activity so that theyʼre protected from inadvertently purchasing a highly inferior copy.

I think every site has that now... It's odd that they haven't been shut down yet.
