Sold for $1275, shite. I love that guitar but I'd prefer one with two pickups.

The SG Melody Makers always remind me of the inside of the Weezer blue booklet. I'd just become obsessed with SGs based on the 60's 3-pickup white custom ones, and had just bought an epiphone g-400 (grrr, they came out with a 3-pickup custom one later innit) and then I looked at that garage gear pic and it just about blew my mind. I thought it was the coolest looking guitar I'd ever seen.

That's the kind of shit I'm gonna remember about guitars when I'm older, seeing weird SGs in Weezer albums. None of this F-spaced, shimming neck crap.
