Excellent. The dip makes it look like it wants to be a Swinger!

thats what i said, its sort of swing esque.
mo is about 9 feet tall and he couldn't really see what he was cutting so he was just cutting at random, yeah, its poplar. interesting stuff, it smells kinda wierd has green spots(even tho its dried and cured) and there is some really like figure in it at the top
there are some more lil dips and stuff, its all about the learning proccess tho.
you want a stang trem on that beast?

ok mo, the guard and bridge are winging their way across the ocean as we speak (even if you don't use the bridge in the end).

postage costs only came to about $6, so we'll call it an early christmas gift from me to you.

Might be able to work the dip into the design with a little tweaking. I'm sure you could fill it with Quikwood, though.

Or maybe just leave it there to be sweet and sentimental.

A jedi must have patience. Therefore, your next mission should be to wait in the shadows of ebay until a bronco bridges emerges for future installition. DO NOT disappoint me.

stewart: i love you dude!!!
sublimedo: i dont want to pay $100+ for an *allegedly crappy* bridge. plus, i dont have a guit with a stang trem on it yet, so that might be cool.
robog: yeah. i want this thing to have a stang trem cuz ive never really fucked with one before, and i think it'd be fun to mess with.
everybody else: im leaving the "dent" there. it'll remind me to not be an idiot next time i am cutting out the body. plus, i think it looks neat.

Perhaps yo could make use of it -

Dent = recessed jack socket placement?

James has it right.

I like Mo's ideas.

Fair enough, Mo. I actually love Bronco bridges. They work like a one piece jazzmaster bridge/tailepiece set up. I just need to get a proper bar for mine.

mo, i'll let you play on my j.s.
i have it setup got shimmerz and dives.
im suprised that you want a stang bridge just cuz you said you were anti trem.
but, what might be cool is if we put a stang and a jag trem on that beast, but did certain strings on either one so that way you could hit one of the trems and dive the trem strings but not the bass strings, and vise versa.

that would be crazy. im getting a hardtail bridge from stewart, so that would save some money.

what bridge?

Mo,

what type of hardtail br are you getting?

I have about a 73 Bronco, with the usual Big Bridge Problems. As of right now, it sits mostly unplayed, because I have no idea how to go about repairing it.

And yes, the bridge is only one of its problems, but still a big one.
