Best way to secure a wah to anything is to smash your face into it repeatedly until you damage your memory centres so bad that you forget you have one, look at it in a confused manner, then throw it out because there are, like, three guitarists to have ever used one in a good way in history, ever.

hello :) i have seen a few boards where people drilled holes for the feet to fit into and velcro'd the plate to the board, seems to work nice if you are ok with drilling your board but i move things around too much. i think there are plates for wahs to fit in that you velcro down as well. i keep mine on the floor to the right of my board and run a cable from my od/fuzz pedals to it and then from it to the rest of my pedals on the board

I still think a Wah should only be treated with the most delicate care afforded by a sledgehammer from a great height.

Nevertheless, go and introduce yourself in the pub, or suffer our grapes.

Of wrath.

I like the noisier side of the effect and in limited doses it works for me

I just take the rubber feet off.

Here's an older pic of my board... screw in some bicycle chain links... which will leave tabs to then screw it into your board... if the screws are too long, get some shorter ones... it's the only no non sense way to attach pedals... IMO

take the feet off, bung something between the plate and chassis so that the screws are tight and the plate is firmly fixed (i used corrugated card which is a bit crap but does work), then velcro. could probably do the same trick with shorter screws...

do the screws sit flat enough not to cause rocking? seems like the velcro wouldn't get a good bite with the screws in the way

i had thought of trying that a while back but was worried about the wah not sitting flat

The screws on my vox weren't big enough to cause rocking, and they'd all be level anyway (like tiny metal feet) but my pedalboard surface is entirely velcro so it's like, lightly carpeted. The velcro on the pedal's plate made contact and held it in place though.

Could also stick on some velcro strips that lay over the screwheads?
