couldn't play my strat week after i got my A-neck'd mustang.

do they still make A sized necks on the reissue mustangs? i thought it was just a 60s thing.

Yeah the re-issues are B's.

sorry, my bad :oops: thought RIs are A. it's still way more thinner than a strat.

what about jaguars? what size are common vintage and RI necks?

i think junkbox's duo is an A neck, and i don't really like playing it. in fact, i'm not a big fan of A necks or 22.5" scale.

RI Mustangs and Jags have slightly different necks, with the stangs being slightly thinner, however, both are what you would class as a B size.
I'm not sure how common A's were compared to B's in the 60s but my 62 Duo is 22.5" scale and A width - tiny neck.
